Dr. Fayard earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from Loyola University New Orleans, in 2003. In 2007, he received his medical degree from the Louisiana State University in New Orleans, LA. While completing his general surgery internship and residency at the University Medical Center in Jackson, MS, he served as Chief Administrative Resident for two years.

Upon completion of residency, Dr. Fayard joined South Mississippi Surgeons, PA in 2012. Dr. Fayard is currently a member of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Fayard resides in Biloxi, Mississippi.

Dr. Fayard sees patients in Biloxi and Ocean Springs offices. He practices general surgery at Singing River Health System (Ocean Springs, Pascagoula, and Gulfport).
