Dr. Darrell Finlay received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana Tech University in 1993 and his medical degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in 2000. He continued his studies at University of Alabama at Birmingham where he completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency. Dr. Finlay completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology, along with a Masters of Science, in 2006 at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.

Dr. Finlay joined Regional Digestive Specialists in 2006 and has staff privileges at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula and Ocean Springs Hospital in Ocean Springs.

Dr. Finlay was Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 2003, and he has been a Board Certified Gastroenterologist since 2006.

His special interests include Inflammatory Bowel Disease and M2A Capsule Testing.
