Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – PRN

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis. This role focuses on conducting chart audits and medical records audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough chart audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Review medical records for documentation quality and adherence to clinical guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to address discrepancies and support continuous improvement
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards

Qualifications

• LPN License
• Experience with chart and medical records auditing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
